Beginner Freedive Class, Trinidad
The session acts as an introductory class for snorkeling and freediving (no tank) also caters to existing divers/spearfishers to sharpen their skills and develop better diving and/or hunting techniques.
Date & Time: Selected Weekends 9 - 11:00 am
Location: Las Cuevas or Macqueripe Bay
Gear needed: Mask & Snorkle (definitely) and fins (optionalish)
Skill level requirements: Must be able to swim and water comfortable in the sea.
Cost: $250 per class.
Attire : Try to wear thin, non cotton material that will cover arms and legs. Dry fit is best. Nothing loose

This program teaches freediving techniques for comfortable enjoyment in the aquatic world to depths of 10m/33ft. You will also practice Static Apnea to help develop your breath-holding abilities and in-water comfort. The group takes a boat trip to Monos Island (Down D Islands) to conduct the
course which comprises of 3 major components -
- Theory Via Classroom Session on Shore (3 hours)
- Static Apnea in Water (Shallow Beach)
- Depth Diving in Water from Boat (Monos Island)

Location: Meeting at Island Home Owners Assocition Marina, Boat Trip to Monos Island
Gear needed: Mask & Snorkle and fins (provided)
Wetsuit optional.

Date & Time: Chosen with students
Location: Leaving from La Soufriere Marina (right after the helipad in Chagaramas)
Destination: Down the Islands
Gear needed: Mask & Snorkle and Fins
