👩🏽‍🏫 Theory - In depth knowledge on the biology & physics involved in a successful 33ft Freedive.

🛟 Safety - How to prevent and/or react to a freedive-related incident.

💤 Static Breath-holds - Gain knowledge & practical experience by exploring the mental and physical challenges of your static breath hold and it's effects on your depth dive. Minimum 1min. Max 3min

🤿 Depth dive to 33ft - Warm-up the right way and go through the steps to get down to 33ft comfortably.

There will also be an online session before the class to refresh the theory and add some in-depth knowledge.
